BTRC Data Request
We understand the importance of user privacy and the sensitivity of their personal data. However, as a company operating in Sylhet, Bangladesh, we are subject to the regulatory requirements of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC). In the event that BTRC requires access to user data for any reason, we will comply with their request and provide the necessary information to them. We will also take appropriate steps to inform affected users of any such disclosure to the extent possible and legally permissible.
Payment & Installation
All our broadband and WiFi service packages are prepaid, and installation charges are non-refundable. The selected package must be paid in full before the installation begins. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the service if payment is not received by the due date. Additionally, the modem and optic fiber cable provided by our company during installation will remain the company's property. The customer will be responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by negligence or misuse. In case of termination of the service, the customer must return the equipment to us in good condition within the given timeframe, failing which the customer will be charged for the equipment's cost.
